Police Arraigns Man For Having Sex With Goat, See Details
Nigeria police, Ekiti State command has arraigned a 22 year old man simply identified as Sunday Ogaji on Friday for allegedly having sex with a goat.
The accused is standing trial on for a count described as unnatural offence at an Ado-Ekiti magistrates court, as the Police Prosecutor, Sgt. Olubu Apata said the accused committed the offence on March 4 at 2:30pm at Basiri area in Ado-Ekiti.
In his defence, the accused pleaded not guilty and his Counsel Timi Omotosho prayed the court to give his client bail in the most liberal terms.
After listening to the submission of the arguments, the presiding magistrates, Kehinde Awosika granted the accused bail with the sum of N50,000 with surety in like sum.
The case HSS since been adjourned the case to March 31, 2020 for further hearing of the matter and to allow the prosecutor present his witnesses in court.
As the case is adjourned till March 31 for further hearing of the case, the end will surely justifies whether Ogaji will imprisoned for having sex with an animal or freed to the society.
