In a co-authored article titled, “Nigeria at 60: What a Country!”, published by Kogireports.com, Joshua Enemali, Esq., and my humble self, S.O. The reasons why the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Saturday dismissed the petition of the Candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Musa Wada and the candidate of Social Democratic Party, SDP, challenging the judgment of Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal that affirmed the election of Governor Yahaya Bello has been uncovered.

Following the Saturday's judgment of Appeal Court which dismissed the petition of PDP and its governorship candidate, Musa Wada, against Governor Yahaya Bello, PDP and its candidate has proceeded to Supreme Court.
