Terkula Igidi Fire outbreak has razed down 39 shops, ravaging furniture worth over N21 million at Kugbo furniture market in Abuja. City News gathered that the fire, which broke out at about 12:00 am, destroyed the City Furniture area of the market located by the roadside between Mogadishu Barracks and Nyanya.

Mr. William Iko-Ojo, the Administrator of Ibaji Local Government Area, of Kogi said thousands of households have been displaced and property worth millions of naira destroyed by flood that ravaged the area.
