Kogi PDP Crisis Worsens As Stakeholders Move To Suspend Ex-Gov Ibrahim Idris
There seems no end to the crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Kogi Chapter as stakeholders of the party moved to expel former governor of the state, Ibrahim Idris from the party.
The party's stakeholders in a statement signed by the leader, Alhaji Ibrahim Dansofo described the former governor as "a big problem to the party", condemning the former governor for turning the party into an extension of his family feud.
Recalled that the former governor had earlier been flayed by one of the founding members of the party, Capt. Joe Agada for using his son, Abubakar Ibrahim to destroy the chance of PDP in Kogi State and alleged that he and his son are working for governor Yahaya Bello.
The former governor whose son, Abubakar Ibrahim was the first runner up of PDP governorship Primaries in Kogi had challenged the outcome of the Primary, a case that led to the nullifying of PDP governorship primaries in Kogi State.
