Court Orders APC TO Deny Oshiomhole Entry To National Secretariat
A High Court sitting at Jabi, Abuja has ordered the All Progressives Congress, APC, to deny Adams Oshiomhole entry to the National Secretariat of the party, Abuja.
The judgment which was delivered by Justice Danlami Senchi, held that it was wrong for the ruling APC to still keep Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the party while he is suspended as a member of APC, thereby suspended Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of APC.
Justice Senchi held further that Oshiomhole cannot remain the APC national Chairman while he is suspended as the member of the party, ruling further that Oshiomhole should stop parading himself as the National Chairman of the ruling party and ordered APC to deny him entry to the national secretariat of the party.
According to the ruling, Oshiomhole will remain suspended pending the determination of the main suit.
It could be recalled that Adams Oshiomhole was suspended as the member of APC by Edo chapter of the All Progressives Congress where he hails from due to the long faceoff with his successor, the executive governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki.
