FFK: 'Banned Lagos Okada Riders, Are Mercenaries From Niger, Chad'
Femi Fani Kayode in his usual controversial way has claimed that the banned motorcyclist popularly known as Okada riders are mercenaries from Niger and Chad to cause mayhem in Lagos.
FFK who made this known on his twitter handle hailed Lagos State governor, Sanwo-Olu , for taking drastic action to ban them said, Lagos state had been infiltrated by violent mercenaries from Chad and Niger, adding that the mercenaries claimed to be Okada riders.
FFK further alleged that if they rose against the people of Lagos State in the name of jihad of ethnic cleansing it would have been hell to curtail.
This, has however, generated different views on social media as some people saw it as an attack on a particular ethnic group while others said it was a welcome development that will prevent possible infiltration of Lagos state that might result to terrorist attacks.
Others noted that though it wasn't easy to cope with but they had to accept it, adding that the ban might be a way of averting possible attacks due to the porous border of Nigeria.
