Kogi Govt Set To Build Modern Palace For Traditional Ruler
The Kogi State government has disclosed intention to build modern palace for Obaro of Kabba, HRH. Solomon Dele Owoniyi.
This was made known when the new commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Salami Momodu Ozigi paid a courtesy call to the traditional ruler's palace in Kabba.
According to the commissioner, the stool of Obaro of Kabba is held in high esteem by the government Yahaya Bello, assuring the traditional ruler that the project will be excited despite the state financial crisis, adding building an independent palace for Obaro of Kabba is Kong overdue.
The Obaro who was excited thanked the commissioner and commended the state Governor, Yahaya Bello for his love and declared his support for the administration.
