Natasha: Fanwo Lost It

Desperation is when you give an unrelated answer to the question being asked.

Money, religion, ethnicity and sentiment had in most cases played pivotal roles in who-gets-who and who get elected. This is a realistic phenomenon known to most Nigerians.

In a diverse democratic setting like ours, it is sheer bigotry and
fanaticism to sell one’s preferred candidate and also predict the
outcome of an election based solely on religious affiliation without considering other factors and technicalities.

Evang. Fanwo Kingsley, director of media and publicity to the executive governor of the confluence state made a mockery of himself for his unprofessional show while featuring on Ijeoma Osamor’s programme on AIT by falsely uttering derogatory speech against Natasha Akpoti, Kogi central SDP senatorial candidate.

With his performance, I was obliged to question his level of sanity. Just then do I remember it has been exchanged with his paymasters for a bowl of perishable porridge.

I doubt if his paymasters will commend him for a job welldone.
In the name of politics and loyalty, Fanwo tossed away his “omoluabi” and “common sense” in a bid to paint the erudite and pragmatic Natasha black thus scoring high for his paymasters.
Most unfortunate for the pitiful Fanwo and the forces behind him, it was a bad outing. He lost it completely.
