Adavi council boss wishes first lady birthday goodwill
The administrator of Adavi LGA, Hon. Joseph Omuya has commended her excellency the First Lady of Kogi State, Hajia Rashidat Bello, for her efforts in making life easier for widows and less privileged in the society, urging her to continue in her invaluable support to her husband as he brings CHANGE to Kogi State.
