Hon Aloysius Mourns Former Ajaokuta LG Chairman, Late Abdullahi Balogun
The former Ajaokuta Local Government Chairman and the PDP House of Representative candidate in the last Ajaokuta Federal constituency election, Hon. Aloysius Okino has expressed sadness over the death of Late Hon. Abdullahi Balogun which was reported earlier this morning.
Aloysius in a condolence message to the family of the deceased, described the late Local Government Chairman as a man with strength of character and an epitome of humility.
He said, “the late Balogun was a humble man with strength of character who has contributed to the development of Ajaokuta local government and Kogi State in general”.
Aloysius further extend his condolences to the son of the deceased, Hon. Bello Abdullahi Balogun, who is the present Majority leader, Kogi State House of Assembly.
He prayed that God Almighty should grant the state lawmaker the fortitude to bear the loss, noting that the death of a father is a painful one.
He noted that Ajaokuta will not only miss Late Balogun’s wealth of experience but would also miss his contributions to the growth and development of the area.
Aloysius condole the immediate family of the late chairman, the Adogu of Eganyi, the entire Eheda clan and the people of Ajaokuta local government.
He prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest and fortitude for his family to bear the irreparable loss.
