Governor Yahya Bello’s CPS Resigns
Trouble rocking the media department of Kogi state governor, Yahya Bello has taken another dimension chief press secretary to the governor, Petra Akinti Onyegbule, tendered her resignation early hours of Monday, January 7.
This followed the exit of the senior special assistant to the governor on new media, Joel Odaudu’s resignation that took place barely a month ago.
The Independent reports that the reason for her resignation is still sketchy as at the time of filling the report.
It was gathered that Onyegbule’s resignation might not be unconnected with her alleged closeness to Frank Shaibu, the senior special assistant on public communication to the presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
