Okino Drops Senate Ambition, Promises to Use Intent, Nomination Form Fee for Charity Work

After three Kogi Central Senate aspirant on the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, dropped their ambitions for alleged imposition of candidate by the state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, another aspirant  Engineer Abdulmaleek Okino has made public his decision to bow out, promising to channel his money for intent and nomination forms for charity works.



Okino who disclosed this via his social media handle noted that though he is pained to make the decision said he is suspending his campaigns in total respect for party leadership and in obedience to constituted authority.

He added that he understand the damages his action may have caused, urging his supporters to  move on remain friends and one family.

In his words, "my intent and nomination form fee will be donated to charity work and will be used to set up educational and health trust fund for the youth and elderly for central senatorial district as earlier proposed though expanded.

"The date for the occasion shall be announced later and it shall be an annual occasion." he said.
