Adagu Bows Out of Kogi Central Senate Race, Declares Support for Anointed Candidate

Erstwhile chairman of Okehi local government, Hon. Abubakar Adagu has announced his decision to bow out of Kogi Central Senate race, pledging his support for the anointed candidate, Alhaji Yakubu Oseni.



Adagu who made this known via his social media handle, decried that he was shortchanged by his political foes who made the state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello to reverse his earlier decision to make him the anointed candidate.

While appraising the state governor for giving his aspiration the initial endorsement, he pointed out that though his enemies who made the governor to reverse his statement may think they have won on earth, adding that they will lost in heaven and history will surely have a place for them

In his words, "I believe in the leadership of his Excellency Alhaji Yahaya ADOZA Bello and will enjoy all my supporters to join me and continue to pray for him,support him in all his endeavor.

"As our leader his choice is my choice and the choice of those who believe in me. Therefore all our campaign programs concerning Kogi central senate ceases to function and will fuse into the campaign structure of Alh Yakubu Oseni our candidate In Shaa Allah for the senate in the forthcoming general election.         

"My sincere appreciation goes to his Excellency Alhaji Yahaya ADOZA Bello and Team GYB for their immense support and  guides all through the struggle. Thank You and God bless", he said.
