2019: Natasha Calls for Collaboration to Achieve People-Oriented Vision as SDP Holds Primaries
The founder, Builders Hub Impact Investment Program, BHIIP, and aspirant for Kogi Central senatorial district on the platform of Social Democratic Party, SDP, Barrister Natasha Hadiza Akpoti, on Friday called the people of Kogi Central to collaborate with her to achieve her industrialisation vision and rewrite the history of the senatorial district.
Natasha who spoke in her home town while addressing the mammoth crowd that thronged to welcome her shortly after she attended the Primary election of SDP, said her dream to change the course of history and end the hardship in the land is more than an individual or political leanings, adding that the people of Kogi Central should think beyond political affiliations by voting for competence and antecedence.
She pointed out that, there is need for collaboration to make it happen, stressing that all hands must be on deck to make it a reality for the people to feel the dividend of democracy they have been longing for.
"We are not in any competition with anybody, what we need is collaboration from all and sundry irrespective of political leanings to change our narrative
"I advise my brothers who are destroying our posters and causing problems in our meetings to desist from such because this fight is theirs.
"I hope with time, they will know that my efforts, and my life I have put beyond the redline is for the betterment of all of us and the future of our children", she said.
