OPINION: The Dawn of a New Hope in Kogi Central | Talib Onoruoiza Isah

There would be true change if only we can free ourselves from self slavery by not selling our votes from 2019 and beyond.

As 2019 elections draws closer, we should not vote for voting sake but there should be basis for negotiations which will on the long run guarantee us safety and dividend of democracy.

In all honesty, I agree that there is unenduring and grinding poverty that is being masterminded by  the smooth criminals in government. We must remain resolute and dogged by not selling our votes for the usual three thousand naira in order to free ourselves from the perilous self slavery caused by these same people.

It is the high time we shun political trade off (buying and selling of votes) and imbibe by the law of social contracts which would inturn guarantee us liberty and true representations that would have the interest of the people at heart, think of this first and act in the best interest of the people.

We live in a post-ludic society, where various kind of transformers escape acknowledgement, in virtue of some complex (inter) face that intimidates intellectual effort. We must vote for someone that would liberate us from never do wells, gratuitous masturbation and those that aggrandize themselves at the expense of the masses.

In all honesty, we must raise our game come 2019, there must be basis for negotiation, there must be hope for the hopeless, there must be voice for the voiceless.
The people's mandate shall prevail. We shall say NO to travesty, impunity and imposition of candidate from the ungodly sons of Machiavelli.

When we implement that world view as "citizens" of our great nation, we make travel a political act.
Here are my top-tip for doing just that.
Get out of your comfort zone and choose development, economic growth, affluent society over non performance.

Vote for hope
Vote Barr. Natasha Hadiza Apoti for senate.
