The Kaduna state Governor, Mallam Nasiru El-Rufai said on Friday that no one can stop him from accessing the Presidential Villa, Abuja to see President Muhammadu Buhari anytime he likes.
El-Rufai made this known while addressing State House correspondents shortly after Friday Jummat prayer at the Villa.
