Revealed: Why U.S Denies Bishop Oyedepo Visa
The reason why the United States of America denies the founder, Living Faith Church Worldwide otherwise known as Chapel International, Bishop Oyedepo, visa has been revealed.
The popular Bishop was denied visa on Thursday to the United States by the US Embassy as his new application failed.
Giving the reason for denying the Bishop visa to the US, a THISDAY report revealed that the US Embassy only gave a standard default explanation that the Bishop did not qualify for visa renewal in its assessment and urged him to try again.
Oyedepo was reported to have protested, saying he has been traveling to the US date back 1980 and has not violated any rules or committed any crime.
Oyedepo who requested to make phone call to get it cleared was denied access by the Embassy on the ground that he cannot make calls within the precincts of the visa-issuing section of the embassy.
In the same vein, THISDAY also reported that while popular comedian, Abovi Ugboma, aka Bovi was issued a visa, his wife, Kris Asimonye, was denied by the Embassy.
