PAAU: YOUR RENAMING POLITICALLY INSIGNIFICANT, INCONSEQUENTIAL, BELATED – PDP
The Peoples Democratic Party has described the Renaming of Kogi State university Ayingba after Late Prince Abubakar Audu as a late and belated action that will not sway vote to the outgoing administration in the state.
The PDP in a statement signed by Bode Ogunmola described the action as an after thought, lamented that Late Audu’s vote was inherited by this Government, says it is most unfortunate that the administration has just remembered him after Four years after his death.
The PDP described the renaming as an act of desperation to get vote, said the renaming by this administration has sentiments attached, as such it would not stop the defeat of the governor.
The PDP advised the outgoing administration in the state to start the process of handing over, insisting that never again would such wickedness be allowed to visit Kogi people.
