Breaking: Don’t Hold Kogi Govern'ship Election Without APM on the Ballot – Judge Rules

The Federal High sitting in Abuja ,Tuesday, has ruled that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) should not hold Kogi state governorship election slated for November 16 without including Allied people’s Movement (APM) which the court said was disqualified by INEC for no strong reason.



The High Court ruled that, "Kogi state governorship election cannot hold without the name of  APM on the ballot"
