Christmas Message: Natasha Tasks Fellow Compatriots On Peace, Sincerity, Patriotism
The candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP) for Kogi Central senatorial district, Barr. Natasha Akpoti has tasked fellow Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of brotherhood, sincerity and patriotism as the hallmark of nation building.
Akpoti who stated this in her Christmas message said, the teaching of Jesus Christ centered on brotherhood, sincerity and love for humanity which she said will prevent one from enriching oneself at the expense of the masses.
According to her, it will be difficult for a patriotic citizen to embezzle public treasury or do anything that will bring bad image to his country.
While charging fellow compatriots to use the yuletide period for sober reflection on the life of Jesus Christ, the social entrepreneur said, sincerity of purpose for a new Nigeria in 2019 election will help to get things right.
She noted that a new Kogi Central senatorial district is possible if the people are sincere and ready to shun vote selling, and petty sentiments and vote for a viable candidate that will defend their rights.
Reiterating on her commitment to serve her people, Natasha Akpoti said she will do everything possible to alleviate poverty in Kogi Central by pushing for job opportunities through which people can be fully engaged when elected to the upper chamber.
