Adavi LG Administrator, AEDC boss chat way forward on challenges of power supply
The Administrator of Adavi Local Government Area, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami, Monday, hosted the AEDC boss in his office to discuss the issue of epileptic power supply currently experiencing in the area and chatted way forward on how to wriggle out from the inadequate power supply.
The honourable Administrator in his statement, lamented that community leaders paid courtesy visit to expressed their ugly feelings about the above predicament and that agreement reached to lease out six hours electricity light day and night was unfortunately not compromised.
The AEDC boss in his respond, stated that the inadequate power supply was not an action of incompetency but as a result of system and power pole breakdown that usually occur during the rainy season.
He explained that the power pole breakdown frequently happened in mid-night which hard to fix up at appropriate time due to the fear of insecurity.
The Administrator in his respond, urged the AEDC boss to enhance the repair and steady power supply so as to correspond with the high bill of monthly charges .
He further urged them to keep to promise that everyone cannot understand the emulated challenges due to the earlier agreement reached prior to this time with the people of Adavi Local Government Area.
He thereafter pledged to contribute his own quota to the development of steady power supply in the society.
