Mark Zuckerberg To Take Controversial Positions To Solve Facebook Challenges

The CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg said he is set to take controversial positions on the challenges facing Facebook, saying he don't need everybody to like him.



Zuckerberg, came up with the readiness to take the decisive decisions in tackling Facebook challenges after the CEO and his company were attacked on numerous occasions by politicians, organizations, government and regulators that the company didn't do enough by allowing damaging misinformation to spread too quickly, an attacks he viewed as its moderation of users’ posts amounts to censorship.

The Facebook’s CEO, noted that Facebook has invested heavily in the last decade monitoring what the people think of Facebook and whether the company and its executive team were liked and respected, or considered innovative which he said led to the creation of the iconic “Like” button, and made strides in monetising users’ interests and sought to know whether Facebook has created an impact in the World.

Zuckerberg warned that this year leading to the next decade, he will take a strong and controversial positions to tackle the challenges on which him and his company have been widely flayed for, adding that "my goal for this next decade isn’t to be liked, but to be understood. Because in order to be trusted, people need to know what you stand for.”
