Kogi Yoruba-Speaking People Move To Collaborate With Amotekun
Kogi West Senatorial District in Kogi State who are Yoruba-speaking people, on Saturday, declared her support for the Amotekun operation and ready for collaboration.
The Kogi West are popularly known as the Okun-Yoruba people said the move by the South West Governor that created the Operation Amotekun security network will help address the security challenges facing the region.

The National President, Barrister Femi Mokikan, the National Secretary, Pastor Ayo Abereoran and the National Legal Adviser, Barrister Abimbola of Kogi Okun-Yoruba, Okun Devekoeny Association (ODA) pointed out that the creation of operation Amotekun pointed out that the move is a nice and would help solve the security problems in Yoruba land.
The body disclosed that the time has come for the people of Okun to set up Okun Security Trust Fund (OSTF)) to tackle the security challenges in the land, adding that a committee is working on the details and other modalities of the security outfit.
The National President of the body, Barr. Femi Mokikan, appealed yo the Federal Government to urgentlyonilise and rebuild all the federal roads in Okunland, adding that most Okunland are now "landlocked".
