Kogi Central: Tribunal Adjourns Case to Saturday to Allow Lawyers Present Documents

Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja has adjourned the consolidated petition by Natasha Akpoti of SDP and Ahmed Ogembe of PDP against Yakubu Oseni of APC to tomorrow to allow lawyers present their documents.

The chairman of the three man panel, Hon. Justice O. A. Chijioke  adjourned the consolidated petition upon the request of the Petitioners for additional day to present their evidences.

Natasha Akpoti of SDP and Ahmed Ogembe of PDP in a consolidated petition EPT/KG/SEN/02/2019 and EPT/KG/SEN/08/2019 are challenging Yakubu Oseni of APC for wrongly returned by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the last senatorial election conducted in Kogi Central.
