Breaking: Angry Mob kill Alleged Thug Who Hack Man to Death in Adavi LG
Angry Mob in Ogaminana Community of Adavi local government of Kogi State on Monday killed alleged thug who hacked man to death.
The alleged thug identified as Ganiyu aka Birdman allegedly stabbed his victim, Abdul Hamid to death in Ogaminana Central market at the early hour of Monday for indicting him in a robbery case which led to his arrest.

An Eye witness who wished to be anonymous relaid to our reporter, "Ganiu popularly known as Birdman was a known thug in the area and had been linked to series of crimes bordering on robbery, burglary and related issues after the general elections", the eye witness said.
The eye witness added that, Ganiyu had earlier complained that his victim indicted him in a robbery case which led to his arrest and the only way he could pay back is to kill him and set himself free from the anger.
According to the eye witness, "the angry mob also accused Ganiyu of participating in the said crime, admitting that Ganiyu has been a long time colleague of Hamid who works for the local government.
"Both of them are thieves, Ganiyu participated in the robbery his victim mentioned him, killing Hamid to exonerate himself is the highest form of injustice that is why the angry mob killed him to serve justice", the eye witness said.
The eye witness further disclosed that the corpses are in the custody of Adavi Police Command, adding that the security men are in the area to restore normalcy.
Adavi police command Public Relations Officer could not be reached when contacted to give more information on the issue.
