Speech By Corpers' Liaison Officer, Audu Omeiza Zakari, Delievered At The POP Party on FRIDAY 19TH OCTOBER, 2018

All thanks and glory is due to Almighty God the giver of life, the designer of destiny for His infinite mercy, protection and guidance, who guided our lives from the beginning to the end of our one year Service.

There comes a day in our lives when we have to end what seems like a life time, to start and welcome a new beginning, today is definitely one of those days.

Before i say anything, I will like to appreciate the entire members of my executives and corp members of Niger State Ministry Of Local Government and Chieftaincy affairs. I want to cease this time to register my unreserved gratitude for the support you people have given me not only in obedient but also advice and otherwise. May our labour of love never go unrewarded. One thing is certain; life is a circle we keep going till we meet.

Again, I will like to say a big thanks for the trust given to me by our employer and the member of the ministry as a whole. Hajia Jumai Sanni, has indeed shown me unparalleled support through my stay in office, despite her condition she ensured the welfares of the corp members are catered for. May Almighty God continue to protect her, increase her in strength and grant her quick recovery to be whole again.

CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED

Our tenure was of a huge success but we have few challenges as part of every organization. to focus an exception in my little stay in office, faced some challenges which I am not bold to pen them here, but with God almighty we were able to conquer them with wisdom and understanding.

In conclusion, to all and especially my fellow ex-corp members, Remember we have successfully passed out from being dependent to a dependable person, Rome was not built in a day, don’t expect to get everything now and today. Anything you wish to become after service year, may  or may not come immediately, be patient and do not relent in your strive to achieve excellence.
I pray may we not have cause to keep reminding people that we are a graduate; our position will always speak for our qualification. May we be the positive change agent in our families, communities and the world at large. May we not have cause to regret going to school. Success awaits us out there, go and succeed. We meet to part and we part to meet again.
