Tribute to late Pastor Adomu, the Icon of humility | ISU

If there's one thing that is hard to believe in life is the strength to accept the reality of life when a love one, a pillar, and of course someone that gives you strength and courage to go on with the challenges of life dies.

Late Pastor SS Adomu, is someone many people still find difficult to believe he is no more after one year of his departure. His death sparked us in the face like an unexpected ray of sunshine in the winter.

He is everything a society needs to thrive; an embodiment of humane, humility, disciplinarian, and a rear gem who accommodates all and sundry irrespective of religious affiliations.

He was a pastor who knew that as human beings  we can't have the same belief and ideology, hence respected the diversity that make us human.

Death they say knows no boundary, if not Pastor Adomu should have been spared by the rod of death.

If good behaviour, kindness and generosity could spare one from death, there is no doubt that we would still be dining with the great icon and longing for more wisdom from him today.
But this is the reality of life we must accept, it sparked us in the face when we least expect it.

His departure has no doubt created a void in the family that can never be filled. Our fervent prayer is for God to continue giving the family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
