We Have Enough Evidence To Nail Muhammad Sanusi II – Anti-corruption Boss
The chairman of the Kano state Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission Muhyi Gado on Monday, May 15, disclosed that it has enough evidence to nail the state Emirate council under the leadership of Muhammad Sanusi II.
The anti-graft agency had alleged that the Kano state council under the leadership of Emir Muhammad Sanusi II mismanaged N6 billion of its funds. The agency stressed that it has a 'water tight' case against the state's emirate council.
However, the Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption commission boss said its probe against the council will remain suspended to avoid concurrent investigation.
While a court had given an order mandating the agency to suspend its investigation against the council, the Emir has however denied providing details of expenditure of the emirate.
