Kwaita Bridge Under Threat as Flood Hits Kogi
The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, has advised motorists plying the Lokoja-Abuja Expressway to drive with caution, as a major part of the Kwaita bridge has been washed off by flood thereby causing flood.
A tweet via the FRSC’s handle on Saturday, read: “Motorists are advised to be cautious as they approach Kwaita Bridge along Lokoja – Abuja Expressway due to the wash-off of a major part of the bridge. The flood affected both sides of the bridge.”
Below are some pictures of both side of the bridge that had been washed off.
