Okehi Administrator Assured Obangede Community of his Readiness to Reposition Community Owned School

In his efforts to reposition the Community  Secondary School in Obangede, Okehi Local Government Area, the Administrator of council, Hon. AbdulRaheem Ohiare has assured  community stakeholders that he will provide the needed support as well  final touches towards ensuring the successful take over of the School by the State Government in no distant time.



The council boss made this known in a meeting he convened at Obangede Community to deliberate on issues that would  bring the needed progress of the community owned secondary School.

To have a effective management of the school, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) was inaugurated to be headed by HRH the Ohi of Eika, Alhaji Shehu Umar whose wealth of Experience was critically needed at this point in time to move the School forward was unanimously greeted with applause.

In his speech, Hon. Ohiare emphasised his continued commitment to the progress of the School, promising to provide the needed support as well final touches towards ensuring the successful take over of the School by the State Government in no distant time.
According to him, it would help the Community better as most government run Community Schools passed through the same process.

The Administrator however, solicited the cooperation of the Stakeholders towards achieving the desired result.

Appreciating the efforts of those who made the dream to be achieved, the council boss thanked the traditional rulers and the community members for their continued cooperation, he also used the opportunity to appreciate the commitment of the School Management, the Staff and the founding fathers who deemed it necessary to establish the School and upon whose legacy he promised to build.
