Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has Upheld Tribunal Judgment, Nullifying Kogi West Senatorial Election.



The Ordered a fresh election will be conducted within the period of 90 days between PDP Senator Dino Melaye and APC Sen. Smart Adeyemi.
