Kogi: SDP Passes Vote of Confidence on Chairman
The leadership of the Social Democratic Party in the Eastern senatorial district of Kogi State have passed a vote of confidence on the present chairman of the party in Kogi State, Alh Mouktar Atimah.
In a statement signed by the Vice Chairman of the Eastern Senatorial District, Mr. M Ibrahim on behalf of the chairmen of all the Local government from the senatorial district described the ascention of Atimah as a blessing because he has achieved a lot in the cohesion of the party members, describing Atimah as a square peg in a square hole.
In the statement he commended the Chairman for taking the time to visit the 21 Local Government in the state to have a first hand information on the state of the party.
The leadership of the zone also expressed it's confidence that the present leadership in the state can lead the party to win the state gubernatorial elections come Nov 16th this year.
