Federal Govt Must Wade Into The Strange Disease Killing People In Kano
It is no longer news that the a new disease in killing Nigerians in Kano on daily basis and the figure papers to be increasingly. It is in the light of this, the Federal Government of Nigeria needs to urgently eadr into the issue and come up with the possible solution and help Kano Government to tackle the issue before it gets out of control.
So many things have been linked to the cause of the deaths which has now reached 640 in six days according to an interview granted by Kano State Commissioner for Health, Kabiru Ibrahim Getso on Channels TV.
One of those prominent Nigerians who have linked the current high rate of deaths in Kano to Covid-19 is Professor, Usman Yusuf, a Professor of Haematology-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation who raised alarm in an article he published in the Daily Trust Newspaper (page 6) on April 22nd, 2020 where he warned that if urgent actions are not taken by Federal Government to Wade into the issue, Kano might be the next world epicentre of the deadly virus.

Kano State Government might have downplayed the possibility of the Covid-19 being responsible for the high rate of death in Kano, it is however, pertinent to stress that nothing is to be handled by kid glove at this present time where the deadly disease has caused so much damages to even developed countries of the world.
It is important for the Federal Government of Nigeria to raise up and properly Investigate the cause of the high rate of death in Kano and do the needful before the time bomb explode more than this and consume more.
