PDP Has No Gov'ship Candidate In Kogi, Court Rules

A Lokoja High Court has faulted the PDP Governorship Primaries held on 3rd September and has nullified the primary election insisting that the party has candidate.

Justice John Olorunfemi gave the ruling today at High Court 4, said the process was hasty and inconclusive.

Recall that the Ibrahim Abubakar who was the second runner up of the primary had challenged the winner of the primary election, Musa Wada, claiming that the rejected vote which is higher than the margin belongs to him and he should be declared the winner of the election.
