El-Rufai to Use N4.7bn to Sponsor Students Abroad, Scholarships
The administration of Kaduna State Governor, Mall. Nasiru El-Rufai is set to use N4.7 billion naira to sponsor 107 students abroad and also take care of local scholarship in 2020.
El-Rufai administration will take of all the expenses of the 107 students in various foreign universities while also paying bursaries to 7,598 students from the state.
This was contained in a statement by the Secretary to Kaduna State Scholarship and Loans Board, Malam Hassan Rilwan, saying students on foreign scholarship who are postgraduate students will be studying in United States of America, United Kingdom, Germany and Cuba.
