Graduate Going to Law School Kidnapped In Kogi As Insecurity Rises

Law graduate of Olabisi Onabanko University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Motunrayo Rafiu going to Nigeria Law School, Abuja Campus has been kidnapped in Kogi State.



Motunrayo who was said to have left her home town in Ogun State on Tuesday was allegedly kidnapped along Kabba raod area of Kogi State.

Her Mother, Kudirat Rafiu who confirmed the kidnapping of her daughter, Motunrayo, on Wednesday, said her abductors are demanding for five million naira ransom.

Mrs Rafiu said her daughter called this morning with an unknown number and told her that she was kidnapped and the kidnappers are demanding for five million naira ransom.

According to her, the Ogun State Police Command said the incidence happened outside their jurisdiction when contacted, but did not disclose if the family is ready to pay the ransom.
