Kogi: Adavi, OKehi Administrators, Others Summon by IG Over Attack On Natasha

The Inspector General of Police has summoned Adavi Administrator, Hon. Joseph Salami and his OKehi counterparts, Hon. Abdulraheem Ohiare and other alleged APC thugs to appear at the force headquarters, Abuja.

Sequel to the constant attack on the candidate of Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kogi Central senatorial district, Barrister Natasha Akpoti, the two administrators and their alleged thugs were summoned to appear before the investigation panel under the office of the inspector General of Police.

In the letter, the Inspector General of Police stated that the summon became necessary because of the alleged threat to the life of Natasha Akpoti and the intimidation of her supporters by the Administrator who were alleged to have been sponsoring thugs to distrupt the campaign programmes of the candidate of the Social Democratic Party.

While seeking the cooperation of the accused persons, the Inspector General of Police said the administrators and the alleged thugs working for them should appear at the force headquarter, Abuja, to shed more light on the case.
