Adavi Assembly Aspirant Congratulates Kayode Fayemi on his Victory

The Adavi Constituency House of Assembly aspirant, Alh. Ishaq Asuku Ilyas aka Rich Man join millions of Nigerians to congratulate the newly elected Governor of Ekiti State, Dr John Kayode Fayemi aka JKF and the APC family on the rancour -free governorship election which led to his emergence as the executive Governor of State of Ekiti.


The congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed by his media aid, Mujahid Aliyu Abubakar Adeiza  and made available to newsmen in lokoja on Sunday.

The aspirant through his media aid described Fayemi as a consummate politician with vast experience in administration.

Asuku said the victory was an affirmation that Ekiti Kete have confidence in the party, adding that the development was a victory for democracy and Nigerians.

According to him, the victory is a confirmation of the trust that Nigerians have in the party.

"In that regard, I like to congratulate our great party, the All Progressives Congress, for the landslide victory at the Saturday election.

"I join millions of Nigerians with my political campaign network for the peaceful conduct of the electorate, who came out to exercise their franchise in favour of their preferred candidates despite the intimidation from the outgoing Governor, Ayodele Fayose.

"This will go a long way to strengthen our democracy system in Nigeria", he said.

While congratulating INEC and the security agencies and the Governor of kogi state for the success of the election, Alh Asuku said the outcome of the poll was evidence that the people of Ekiti state had keyed into the vision of President Muhammadu Buhari administration, adding that if elected to represent the good people of Adavi constituency come 2019 his legislative agenda would not relent in promoting good governance in the state house of assembly for the betterment of kogi and the people of adavi local government.

He urged those aggrieved with the result to channel their grievances through the appropriate quarters rather than resort to self-help.
