Adavi and Okehi Administrator: The Mask Behind Kogi Central Media Crew
The attention of Natasha Akpoti campaign organisation has been drawn to spurious publications making the round on social media, twisting the evil of APC leaders and their arm marauders that killed Enesi Ojo, one of the the supporters of Natasha Akpoti.
The public should be aware that in a desperate bid to cover the gestapo style of Kogi APC to sell Alh. Yakubu Oseni, the anointed senatorial candidate of the governor to the good people of Kogi Central, Adavi Administrator, Joseph Omuya Salami and his OKehi counterparts, Abdulraheem Ohiare set up a group of spin doctors called Kogi Media Crew to twist the evil of their paymasters and deceive unsuspecting public into their hogwash.
No any sane man will believe the bunkum put together by these group of people who have decided to tread the evil path without any recourse and believe the public will buy into their cheap lie.
The said media crew was hurriedly set up few days ago by the two Administrators with the support of the Kogi Central APC senatorial candidate, Alh.Yakubu Oseni to fan the embers of war and spread falsehoods against the untainted record of Barrister Natasha Hadiza Akpoti.
Is it not laughable for the minions to accuse Natasha Akpoti of sponsoring thuggery, attack and killed the youths when the same people recently used her connection to secure place for the youths in Nigeria under-20, under-17 and under-15 national teams and those in under-20 resumed camp on Monday? No, every right thinking human being knows that Natasha's way of life didn't condone violence and thuggery and wouldn't stoop so low to their level of dirty politics.
While they claimed innocent of their evil act that's conspicuously visible, have they forgotten how they attacked Natasha Akpoti supporters who were having their weekly meeting at Badam's compound Inorere on Sunday 9th of December 2018, and, injured the innocent women and young men at the meeting and burnt all the chairs in broad daylight?
Have they forgotten how that launched an attack on SDP supporters in Eyika, OKehi LGA on 22nd, October of 2018, a reported case of this nature was instituted by our party (SDP) to the DPO and the zonal Area Commander in-charge of Kogi Central senatorial district where our supporters were beaten by thugs of Okehi local Administrator and later arrested by Okehi Division Police Officers allegedly on the order of the Administrator.
Have they forgotten how the notorious thugs who have benefited cars and motorcycles from Abdulraheem Ohiare invaded the residence of the Okehi LG SDP Chairman, Hon. James Segun Onimisi on the 30th of October 2018, issued threats of unleashing mayhem on him and his family, and destroyed Natasha’s banner mounted at the frontage of his house while chanting songs of war against anybody who identifies with SDP/Natasha Akpoti?
Have they forgotten that on the 28th of October 2018, at about 4:00AM, some police officers in company of Ismaila Kashim aka Kamuche and APC Obeiba ward 1 Chairman (Abdulwahab Koto) under the instruction of the Okehi LG Secretary, Hon. Ibrahim Sheidu aka Plenty came to remove Natasha’s banner on the claim that the banner was mounted too close to the venue of the APC Obeiba ward 1 meeting.
In the same vein, on 2nd , December 2018, some APC armed thugs attacked the women wing of the Natasha Campaign Organization during their weekly ward meeting at Enyi Dudu Primary School Ebogogo, Adavi local government, Kogi State.
The thugs/Agents of APC boast openly and in broad daylight of having the backing of the State Government and Alh. Yakubu Oseni to carry out their nefarious acts. These agents always openly disrupt SDP/Natasha’s campaign materials and any gathering that has something to do with her and the party. Have they forgotten all these??
Under section 40 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, every citizen enjoys the right to freedom of Association, Assembly, Speech and of course, Campaign via section 99 (1-3) of the Eectoral Act as amended: “For the purpose of this Act, the period of campaigning in public by political party shall commence 90 days before polling day and end by 24 hours prior to that day”.
We now ask, what is our offense?
The two Administrators who are known for fanning the embers of war in Kogi Central that have suddenly become saint according to their spin doctors were recently invited by the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris because of the dirty politics they have chosen to play. If they are innocent as claimed, why were they scared and refused to honour the invitation if their hands are not soiled with blood?
After weeks of investigation to unearth the cause of the renewed political thuggery in Kogi Central, on 19th December, 2018 Sahara Reporters published a heartwrenching news of how the OKehi Administrator and his Adavi counterpart with the help of the state governor imported Bakasi militia to Ebiraland to forment problems and attack the opposition parties, these are the set of people the agent of political mischief called Kogi Media Crew are referring to as saints.
