Ihima Students' Union Hits the Ground Running for 2017 Edition of Her Magazine

Ihima Students' Union (ISU), an umbrella body for all students of Ihima origin in Okehi LGA of Kogi State, known for promotion of education and whose pledge mantra is to revive the lost glory of educational system through organising of Spelling Bee, Quiz and Debating Competition and scholarship to outstanding students and the less privileged has hit the ground running for the publication of the union's 2017 magazine.



The magazine which will be first of its kind is expected to feature, The Chronicle of Ebira Cultural Festivals, Important Historical Events in Ebira land, Ihima and the Making of Ebira Pot, An Interview With the Oldest Imam, Pastor and Custodian in Ebira Land,  The Myth Behind Ebira Bid and lots more.

The union call for submission of articles in the following areas: Education, Health, Politics, Joke, Short Stories, Unknown Facts, And Kitchen Corner. The articles are to be sent to ihimastudentsunion@gmail.com with the name of the writer.  The deadline for the submission is on 10th September, 2017.

The union also seek the financial assistance of the general public to help actualize this project.
