"The Spirit Of Innocent Youths Killed At Lekki Hijacked the Game", Reactions As Ahmed Musa Apologized To Nigerians

Game of football of full of intrigues and surprises and one can only be boast of winning only when the finally whistle has been blown by the referee. 

This is exactly what happened to the Super Eagle of Nigeria on Friday when many Nigerians thought the Super Eagle has sealed a comfortable 4:0 victory against the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone in Benin only to be stunned by a turn around that needed the game 4:4.

It is something many Nigerians never envisaged and such a performance is gar below the expectation of Nigerians who expect nothing than a comfortable victory by the Eagles. 

Even the players knew they've underperformed and errors that led to such game shouldn't had happened. Thus made the Captain of the Super Eagles, Ahmed Musa to summon the courage to apologize to Nigerians for throwing a way such a victory.

While apologizing on behalf of himself and his team mates, Musa noted that, "we know we made a very big mistakes in the game, but there's nothing we can do, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose". 

Howevee, Musa's apology has led to several rwxtiona by Nigerians who felt something hijacked the game. One of the social media user went spiritual and said, the spirits of Innocent youths that died at the Lekki Toll gate shooting hijacked the game in favour of the visitors while few others felt the Super Eagle players don't need to apologize, adding that the spirit of innocent youth killed at the Lekki Tollgate are not happy.
