Support New Direction gov for the betterment of Kogi, her citizens- Engr Okino
The aspirant vying to represent the people of Kogi Central Senatorial District come 219, Engr Abdulmalik Okino has urged the people of Kogi state to support the New Dirextion administration of governor Yahaya Bello.
The aspirant made this known in his goodwill message shortly after the Mega Rally held in Lokoja, the state capital to welcome decampees.
Declaring his unalloyed support for the administration of governor Yahaya Bello, he urged Kogites to support the laudable economic blueprint of the New Direction government.
He reiterated the need to support the GYB led administration as he believes no leader ever succeeded without the support of his people.
In his words, "I am urging every well meaning Kogite to support the New Direction government for a sustainable development and for a better Kogi State.
"It has become necessary to support the laudable economic policies of his Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for sustainable development."
He however congratulated the Governor on the first ever Kogi state economic and investment summit held recently to showcase the economic opportunities in Kogi State.
"Judging by the invited calibre of experts drawn from all walks of life to the summit, there is in no doubt that Kogi State is set for progress, economic development and digital leadership in the comity of states," he said.
He added that he is soliciting the support of Kogites especially those from the Central Senatorial District, in his quest to represent Kogi Central in the red chambers, promising to right the wrongs of past representatives and draw the much needed federal attention to the Dldistrict.
