Nigerian Lawmaker Advices Buhari To Resign By Isah Bala
A member of the Nigerian House of Representatives Abdumumini Justin, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to humbly resign the seat of Nigerian President base on heath ground.
Jibrin a member of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) lamented that Buhari's health has affected the pace of development in Nigeria. In his statement, he stated that “PMB should opt for or encourage to accept a
negotiated exit. The country can not afford a sort of part time president at this time,” Mr. Jibrin tweeted Friday evening.
“The president I see on camera needs full home care not office, moderately quiet life, enough rest and quality time with his family.
“Life and health belongs to God but the more I see pictures of Mr President, the more I am convinced he needs to go and rest. He needs it!”
It could be recalled that Mr. Jibrin has been on suspension since last year after he was
sanctioned by the House of Representatives
for accusing the speaker, Yakubu Dogara, his former ally, of budget fraud.
