Dino Melaye Graduated With Third Class In Geography- ABU VC By Isah Bala

The Vice Chancellor of Amadu Bello University of Zaria Ibrahim Garba has cleared the air over allegations of certificate forgery involving Senator Dino Melaye when he appeared with the Senator on Monday March 27, and stated before the Senate committee on ethics and privileges that Dino Melaye graduated with third class in Geography from ABU.

The embattled Senator  representing Kogi West Senatorial District  appeared before the committee alongside the vice chancellor of the university Ibrahim Garba to defend the ongoing certificate forgery scandal against him. At the hearing, Melaye admitted under oath that he graduated from Ahmadu Bello University.
The vice chancellor of the University while reacting to the alleged certificate forgery said Dino Melaye was a student of  Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and graduated with a third class in Geography .
However the Vice Chancellor failed to state the year of Melay's graduation. Melaye on his own part told the committee that he officially changed his name from Daniel Melaye to Dino Melaye.
