Breaking : Dino Surrenders, Detained by SARS
The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Senator Dino Melaye has surrendered himself and currently being detained at the facility of Special Anti Robbery Squad ( SARS ) of Nigeria Police ay Guzape District of Abuja.
Confluence Reporters learnt that the embattled senator decided to end the face-off between him and the law enforcement officers which has been on since the deployment of armed policemen to his house on Monday.
Investigation revealed that Dino who has been indoor since the siege on his house began, came out and surrendered himself to the police in front of his residence before he was taken to the SARS' office.
Recall that the lawmaker announced on Twitter on Tuesday morning that he will give himself up to the Police to end the siege on his residence.
