Asuku commends Kabir Onyene for building new Jumat mosque

Ishaq Asuku, an aspirant vying to represent Adavi State Constituency at the House of Assembly has commended the Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Domestic Affairs, Kabiru Onyene for recording another achievement by building a new Jumat mosque for the people of Iruvucheba, in Okene Local Government Area of the state.



The aspirant gave the commendation on Friday when he graced the formal opening of the mosque alongside his supporters.

Asuku, who could hide his joy while inspecting the edifice, said that the event was beyond a religious affair as it hosted well wishers from different walks of life, describing the mosque as a masterpiece that will make the Ebira people proud.

While praying to Allah to reward him, he also enjoined the people to embrace the gesture as a means of strengthening the peace already being recorded in the land.
