Kogi Guber: Wada Remains PDP Candidate As Court Adjourns Suit to November 27

Sequel to the ruling of the High Court ruling in Lokoja, Tuesday, which adjourned the case of the first runner up of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primaries, Abubakar Ibrahim to November 27, the winner of the primary Engineer Musa Wada will contest the November 16 governorship election in Kogi State as PDP candidate.



The PDP primaries had a temporary disruption when gunmen invaded the venue of the primaries.

The first runner up, Abubakar Ibrahim had gone to challenge the outcome.

But in a sitting of the Lokoja High court presided over by Justice Olorunfemi, the first defendant asked for an adjournment following a replacement, to enable him study the file.

In his ruling, Justice Olorunfemi adjourned the case till the 27 of November for the defense.
