Political Violence: Natasha Rebuilds Destroyed Houses
The SDP senatorial candidate for Kogi Central in the last senatorial election, Barr. Natasha Akpoti has rebuilt the houses of her supporters destroyed by alleged APC thugs during campaign period.
The rebuilding of the destroyed houses by Akpoti came as a fulfilment of her promise to rebuild all destroyed houses and replace damages properties during campaign period.
Akpoti had earlier replaced all the five motorcycles of her supporters burnt by alleged APC thugs during the campaign period.
In her facebook post on Saturday, Akpoti said, "in just two weeks we rebuilt three houses, two kiosks and fixed broken parts of eight homes of my supporters destroyed by the APC thugs sponsored by Yahaya Bello during our campaign.
"Thank you Kogi Central, Kogi and Nigeria for trusting us with your follower-ship. We have just proven how easily communities can unite and be built with love once leadership is focused on people", she said.
