MERIT Unveils Plan For Kogi Central Senatorial Debate
Movement for Effective Representation and Implementation Trend (MERIT), a social movement front by Kogi Central Youths poised to write the wrong in electing politicial representative has unveiled plan to hold the first ever Kogi Central Senatorial debate.
In its social media advocacy, the group stated that, It was Albert Einstein who said "we can't solve our problems from the same level of consciousness that created it".
"If we must achieve a different result then we must conceive and work with a different approach. Getting it right means thinking it right. Besides, the fear is not whether we have failed but whether we are contented with our failure.
"The best way to predict our future is to create it. There is never a good time for tough decisions. There will always be an election or something else and we must pick up courage to own our decision and "be the master of our fate, the captain of our souls" as Nelson Mandela expressed.
