The concern Kogi Citizen has raised an alarm as the State local government election draw near in few days. The concern citizens raised the danger and the litigation ahead the local government election if the proper things is not done before the election. The group said,the failure of the state government to fill the necessary vacant positions in the composition of the State Independent Electoral Commission( SIEC) membership will pose a great threat,danger and litigation after the poll  The group stress that it's a gross violation of the edicts that established the commission and the  Electoral body ( KOSIEC) will lack the legal right to conduct the forthcoming October 19th local government election if the vacant positions in the commission inline with it's legal establishment is not filled   It is surprising that the KOSIEC up till now, has no substantive Secretary by law to direct the affairs of the Commission.The KOSIEC should as a statutory Commission always had it's Sec
